Returns
We want you to love every product. If something isn't right:
- Unopened products: Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened products: If you've had a reaction or are unhappy, contact us within 7 days — we'll refund or replace, no questions asked.
- Faulty / damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace at our cost.
How to return
Email hello@skindeva.co.za with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a courier pickup or a PAXI return label, and refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
